What to include

Different inquiries need different details. Pick the row that matches yours.

  • Glass fiber filter tape — the monitor model you operate, the part number and dimensions of the tape you use now, your annual volume, and the destination country.
  • Laboratory glassware — the product family, the capacities you need, quantity per order, and the destination country.
  • OEM & custom glass — a drawing if you have one; otherwise a sketch, a photograph of an existing part, or a description of what the part has to do. Tell us the expected annual quantity.
  • Documentation — say if you need inspection certificates, Safety Data Sheets or specific shipping documents, and in which language.
