Custom borosilicate glass, from the material up

We melt and draw our own H‑32 borosilicate tubing, then form it. That means a custom part is not assembled from someone else’s material — composition, dimensional consistency and continuity of supply stay under one roof for the life of the program.

01 / FORMING

Formed vessels

Blowing, drawing and shaping from our own tubing — vessels, funnels, tubes and containers to your drawing or to a functional brief.

02 / JOINING

Tube joining & sealing

Joining tubes of differing diameter, adding necks, joints and threads, and sealing. This is the step that turns a standard form into a part specific to your process.

Process

How an inquiry becomes a supply program

Tell us the requirement

A drawing is ideal, but a sketch, a photograph of an existing part, or a description of what it has to do is enough to start.

Feasibility & indicative cost

We come back on whether the geometry is achievable in borosilicate glass, at what tolerance, and what the volume economics look like. If it is not feasible, we say so at this stage.

Prototype

A sample piece for you to evaluate in the real application, with dimensions confirmed against the drawing.

Production & scheduled supply

Repeat production against a schedule, with inspection certificates and English shipping documentation as required.
